What is Fascia Stretch Therapy?

Unlike traditional stretching, Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST) specifically focuses on the fascia.  The connective tissue that surrounds muscles is decompressed and lengthened. FST takes a holistic approach, addressing the entire person rather than just one area. This gentle, pain-free technique employs oscillating movements of traction and stabilization to decompress joints and create more space within soft tissues.

    Late Cancellations: Appointments not canceled within 24 hours will incur a $40 fee.
